PORT VISIT INFORMATION

In November 2005, NRL Meteorologist Dr. Ted Tsui, SAIC Meteorologist Mr. R. Glenn Handlers met or talked with the following persons to obtain much of the information in this evaluation: CDR Patrick Murray, Commanding Officer, LCDR Allon Turek, Operations Officer, Lt.
