Trinity Offshore, based in Singapore, started in 1991 as a ship management company. Previously it was known as Agensea. Today the Trinity Offshore Group owns and operates a fleet of specialized offshore support vessels, including accommodation vessels / barges (accommodation ranging from 50 to 300 berths), dynamic positioning vessels (DP1 and DP2), survey vessels, anchor-handling tug-supply vessels (AHTS), utility vessels, crewboats, supply vessels and other offshore support work boats, servicing the offshore oil and gas and other related industries.
Trinity Offshore provides effective management, safe and efficient operations with due adherence to environmental demands and regulations. The achievement of our objectives is based on the skills and experience of a pool of proficient marine crews and their office-based counterparts.
Ship management services
Trinity Offshore provides management services for the operation and maintenance of vessels. Our services, which consist of technical, crew and commercial management, can be tailored to suit the needs of interested parties.
Marine vessel technical management services
Trinity Offshore’s shore-based operational and technical staff are certified marine professionals who have extensive experience of working with ships of various types. Our staff are on-hand to cater for each vessel in terms of bunkering, storing and provisioning, as well as crew rotation, in order to minimize port turnaround times.
Ship cost management services
The effective control of operating costs remains a high priority to any ship owner. As ship managers, Trinity Offshore develops cost budgets that realistically reflect the specific operational and maintenance requirements of individual vessels and have in-built cost control measures, as well as variance to budget reporting.
Owners are assured of budget compliance through a system of forward planning of dry-dockings, regular analysis of planned maintenance records, requisitions or reports, as well as frequent technical audits carried out on-board by our technical superintendents. We provide hands-on assistance if technical difficulties are encountered and during port calls or dry-dockings / repairs.
Trinity Offshore’s technical staff will ensure timely renewal of class and statutory certification, arrange for class attendance whenever required and also handle insurance claims pertinent to the vessel.

Crew / utility and work boats
Trinity Offshore is currently building two 40m crew / utility boats and two 90m work boats. Technical specifications and details can be provided on request from our marketing department.
Vessel mooring and logistics support facilities
Trinity Offshore is located in close proximity to vessel mooring facilities offered at Loyang Jetty. Our office is around 10 minutes by car from Changi International Airport.
Surrounded by fabrication and mechanical industries supporting regional offshore oil and gas activities and with easy access to transportation facilities, we can offer vessel logistics support second to none.
Offshore equipment storage and fabrication
Trinity Offshore offers storage capacity for wires, ropes, anchors, spare parts, equipment and dry provisions, as well as fabrication space for pipe work, minor steel construction work and overhaul of mechanical equipment, such as generators.
Welders, fabricators and engineering personnel
We employ a number of welders and fabricators as well as engineering personnel. Our staff are available on call 24hrs a day and can assist in short notice repairs or maintenance.
Our clientele includes international major oil companies such as Chevron, ExxonMobil, Pertamina Carigali, PTT Exploration and Production, ConocoPhillips and Shell, as well as international contractors such as McDermott, Saipem, Technip, Nippon Steel and Hyundai Heavy Industries. These companies operate in many parts of the world, including the Far East, Middle East, Russia and as far as New Zealand and the Caspian Sea.
