Clamping systems for pipes, tubes, hoses, cables and components
Stauff clamps are in accordance with DIN 3015. Stauff's Standard, Heavy and Twin Series have a diameter range from 6mm to 406mm with smooth and profiled designs.
The clamp bodies come in standard materials such as polypropylene, polyamide, aluminium and Santoprene, with new materials PPAC and PPDA for anti-corrosion and fire prevention.
The metal parts of Stauff's clamps are carbon steel (untreated, zinc-plated, phosphated) or stainless steel (AISI 304 / 316 / 316Ti). Further materials (for example, in accordance with DIN 5510, UL 94 or NF F 16/101) are available on request.
Whether Light Series, Construction Series, or Flat and Round Steel U-Bolt clamps, all Stauff clamps are in accordance with DIN 3567, 1592, 1593, 1596 and 1597.
Custom-designed pipe, tube and hose clamps
Stauff can manufacture custom-designed pipe, tube and hose clamps (including machined and injection-moulded versions) to customers' specifications or based on Stauff developments.
Stainless-steel twin-ferrule tube connectors
Stauff Superlok offers a high-quality twin-ferrule connector system for really demanding applications. It is suitable for high-pressure fluids, gaseous, vacuum and cryogenic applications.
Stauff Superlok features 'supersmooth' bore-through connectors, which are especially advantageous on elbow connections where reduced friction helps improve flow and reduce turbulence.
Nominal working pressures are up to 15,300psi and this system is suitable for use on a wide range of tube materials.
Superlok tube fittings are manufactured using strict material control, high-precision design and the latest machining and processing technology. Compatibility with other manufacturers' twin-ferrule connectors is assured.
Thermoplastic extreme high-pressure hoses
Spir Star high-pressure hoses are thermoplastic construction, spiral wire-reinforced extreme high-pressure hoses that are engineered to meet the most demanding requirements of quality, service life and reliability.
They offer a maximum working pressure up to 3,200bar, working temperatures up to 150°C, and very low volumetric expansion. They are available in lengths up to 4,500m, and offer a high degree of chemical resistance. They are 50% lighter than equivalent rubber hoses and have a significantly smaller bend radius at maximum flow.
In addition, they are resistant to ozone UV light and ageing, offering a wide range of applications in the oil and gas industries as well as waterblasting and high-pressure hydraulics.
Pressure test systems for monitoring and control of fluid, and gaseous pressure systems
Stauff offers test points and accessories for monitoring, venting and sampling test systems at working pressure. They are available in carbon steel and stainless steel. Available connection threads are M16 x 2, M16 x 1.5, S12, 65 x 1.5, and a plug-in system with nominal working pressures up to 630bar.
Test hoses in nominal bores of DN2 and DN4 and a comprehensive choice of hose connectors are available. Pressure test kits consisting of test hoses, pressure gauges, adaptors, test points and accessories can be assembled to customers' requirements.
