Foundation Associates Engineering has specialised in providing leasing, sales and services for the international oil and gas, offshore and marine construction industries since 1998. The company designs and manufactures hydraulic vibratory hammers, hydraulic hose reels and hydraulic impact hammers. It also fabricates various types of launch and recovery systems (LARS) and subsea structural works which meet DNV / ABS standards. Foundation Associates Engineering has been involved in several subsea projects for the past several years, providing offshore equipment for clients. Over the past 16 years, the company has steadily improved both its technologies and product range to cater to ever-growing subsea demand for equipment. It will always try its best to meet client demands. The company's hydraulic vibratory hammers have proven to be effective and efficient, cutting down the set-up time required by other methods. Hydraulic vibratory hammers With a line pull that goes up to 250t, FAV hydraulic vibratory hammers could drive and extract piles, eliminating the use of subsea piling frames. FAV hydraulic vibratory hammers have on many occasions been used in conjunction with hydraulic impact hammers to reduce driving time, driving several types of piles, including anchor piles and mono piles, etc. Additionally, Foundation Associates Engineering's vibratory hammers are also capable of extracting piles from the seabed. Foundation Associates Engineering constantly invests in research and development, seeking ways to improve on equipment; periodically changing and improving it by increasing efficiency. FAV vibratory hammers have recently gained the CE certificate to prove the quality is up to the European standards. Hydraulic impact hammers Foundation Associates Engineering has also completed several underwater piling jobs using its FAHH hydraulic impact hammers. FAHH 14 drives 800mm strokes at 32 beats per minute with consistent value kept in mind. The FAHH Series are also coupled with an FAV hydraulic power pack specially designed for the impact hammer. LARS, hose reels and other services FAE is also able to design, fabricate and build structural works such as hose reels or LARS with various sizes for different applications in the field. Upon requests from the customers, FAE will be able to provide hydraulic hose reels, mud pumps, hydraulic power pack and other offshore equipment for rental.
