CSTI offers consulting services in noise and vibration analysis and control. Messrs. Arno Bommer and Robert Bruce are the Principal Consultants. They have been working together since Mr. Bommer graduated from MIT in 1982 and have consulted on the design of 11 platforms. In addition, they have made thousands of measurements on equipment used on platforms. Recently, they have developed a statistical energy analysis of a platform which identifies the flow of acoustical energy throughout the structure.
