Bremer Valves

Profile

Established in 1947, Bremer Valves focuses on the production of floating, trunnion and double-block and bleed (DBB) ball valves for the chemical and petrochemical industries. We ensure high-quality products through our ISO 9001-certified quality system, compliance to ATEX, PED and SIL 2 international certification standards, API 6D design, and a wide reference list of primary European companies. Our production facilities are 100%-based in Italy.
Tailor-made soft and metal-seated ball valves
We are able to supply tailor-made soft and metal-seated products in materials ranging from carbon and stainless-steel to duplex and super alloys. With our large stock of finished, machined and raw bodies and components, we can ensure fast delivery times and service on most products, including spare parts, maintenance and retrofitting.
Split-body floating ball valves
Bremer Valves offers split-body, two and three-piece floating ball valves of full and reduced bore type and flanged according to ANSI and DIN, which are available in sizes up to DN 12in #150, DN 8in #300 and DN 4in #600. Three-piece floating ball valves (THRD, SW and BW) can be offered up to class 2,500 and DN 2in.
Main and special features of our floating ball valves include fire-safeness testing to BS 6755 / API 6FA, TA-luft and EPA 21, antistatic device, extended bonnet and leak-off for leakage monitoring, cryogenic execution, and heating jacket. All valves can be fitted with a range of accessories, including manual and electric gears, actuators, switch boxes, stem extension and a locking device.
Trunnion ball valves
Bremer’s two or three-piece body trunnion ball valves – full and reduced bore, flanged and BW – are available in up to DN 16in and up to class 2,500 rating. In addition to the main floating ball valve features, the trunnion ball valves have metal spring-loaded seats and low torque bearing.
Available extras for trunnion ball valves include emergency sealant injection on stem and seats, drain and vent plug or by-pass valve. All valves can be fitted with manual and electric gears, actuators, switch boxes, stem extension or a locking device.
Tailor-made valve production
In addition to our standard production, Bremer also offers tailor-made products upon customer request. This includes double-block and bleed valves, three-way and four-way ball valves, metal-to-metal seated valves for abrasive and erosive service or high temperature, and special alloys.
