Our experienced engineers utilise computer aided design, with tools like: Inventor 3D, Auto CAD, Cadit, MathCad, Ansys, etc. Dreggen cranes and machinery are produced to exceed all relevant standards and regulations, such as those of Lloyds, ABS, NKK, GL and DNV. To meet the demands of our customers, Bergen Group Dreggen operates according to ISO 9001 standards.
Offshore cranes
Dreggen has supplied cranes to the Norwegian continental shelf since the very beginning of the Norwegian oil adventure. In 1978 we delivered our first cranes to the Frigg and Statfjord fields outside Norway.
Each year Dreggen delivers several specialised explosion-proof offshore cranes to FPSOs, drilling vessels, semisubs and other offshore installations worldwide. Dreggen has played a major role in the development of a Norwegian alternative for BOP, pipe and X-mas tree handling cranes. Dreggen is accustomed to extensive documentation requirements, and works in accordance with ISO 9001 standards audited regularly by international offshore operators.
Dreggen range of offshore equipment includes BOP cranes with capacity up to 400t; pipe and riser handling cranes; X-mas tree handling cranes, EOT maintenance cranes and offshore deck cranes, cutting container cranes and manual operated gantry cranes. We also supply monorail hoists and trolleys and electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, diesel hydraulic or manual operated equipment.
All equipment can be designed to work in explosion-proof safe and hazardous areas.
Deck cranes
Dreggen's deck crane range includes cranes for several duties, such as provision cranes, engine room cranes, and deck cranes (hose handling, cargo, provision, general purpose and combined cranes for handling of provision and lifesaving equipment).
