Highly qualified workforce The Director of A & B Welding is also serves as responsible welding coordinator, and he has several world-class certifications such as IWS - International Welding Specialist, IWP - International Welding Practitioner, CIWS - Certified International Welding Inspector, IWI B - International Welding Inspector, CWI - Certified Welding Inspector. He also holds many welding qualifications. The HSE Manager has an Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and is a lead auditor. A & B Welding's quality manager has been with the company for over 25 years. He has extensive knowledge of all the relevant codes, standards and client specifications. The company's coded welders are all experienced world-class specialised welders. Some of them have even obtained their IWI B - International Welding Inspector.
