Offshore mooring equipment Viking SeaTech has developed a long-term trusted adviser role with many of the world's leading drilling contractors, as well as oil and gas exploration and production companies. We tailor our services to meet the needs of our customers and provide a total mooring solution for specific rig locations and rig moves. We maintain and deploy only the most experienced people and the highest specification equipment as standard. Viking SeaTech rents and sells a wide range of mooring equipment, including anchors, chain, kenters and connectors, wire, fibre rope, chaser and grapnels, shackles, buoys, swivels, and the MultiDog, a versatile ROV-operated deployment and recovery tool for subsea operations. Mooring services Viking SeaTech offers a complete range of mooring services. Our focus is the provision of total mooring solutions (TMS) from mooring design and engineering, hire of the necessary equipment, full support equipment mobilisation, deployment and recovery. We operate chain inspection and repair units worldwide, where inspection and repair work can take place on a continuous shift basis without interruption from bad weather. Viking SeaTech is approved by most certifying authorities to carry out chain inspection and has been granted approved service supplier status from DNV in relation to working practices and audited inspection procedures. Marine engineering - mooring system design We have mastered the art of mooring system design. We deliver efficient, safe moorings in the harshest, deepest seas by using the latest research and development, ingenious design methodologies and smart installation techniques. Our engineering consultancy services cover key service areas: mooring system engineering, mooring system deliverables, mooring system installation, anchor holding analysis and riser analysis.
