TOOLS@HEIGHT - ANTI-DROP SAFETY SYSTEM
Tools@Height stops dropped tools harming personnel, causing damage or disrupting work. The system provides controlled storage of tools not in use, secure transportation of tools to the workplace and reliable tool retention during use.
High level applications - drilling rigs, power stations, wind turbines, cranes, buildings, bridges, telecom masts, power lines, hangars, gantries, etc.
Low level applications - stop tools falling into machinery, production lines, reservoirs, water filter beds, fuel rod cooling ponds, mine shafts, etc.
WORKSHOPS AND TOOL STORES
Fully equipped to support construction, installation and maintenance projects, the Snap-on mobile unit range includes workshops, tool stores, machine shops, maintenance pods and interconnected multi-module systems.
Units are available in ISO container or special module sizes with air, power, lighting and HVAC systems. They can be outfitted with storage cabinets, work benches, tool sets, lifting tackle, hydraulic tools, laser alignment equipment, etc.
The Snap-on Level 5 and TC Max tool management systems can easily be incorporated into our units to give you total control of all assets.

LEVEL 5 TOOL CONTROL AND SECURITY
Level 5 enables you to position tools for maximum efficiency, quickly locate tools to complete jobs fast and see at a glance what's missing.
Storage unit drawers are fitted with colored foam inserts in which the profile of each tool is cut. Each tool has its own place. Electronic security locks ensure only authorized personnel have access. Tools can be laser engraved with your logo, serial number or bar code.
Level 5 hardware is designed to fully integrate with TC Max software to give you a total tool storage and management system.
TC MAX ASSET MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
TC Max can digitize your tool box or workshop, ensuring that tools and equipment are fully accounted for. It is tool control software that talks, eliminating the need to repeatedly look at the computer screen between bar code scans.
TC Max delivers full reports on tools and assets – location, employee, restocking/ordering, calibration renewal, hazard warning attachments and more – the total digital information trail.
TC Max can be applied to any product, service or industry – hospitals, aerospace stores, military armories, motor vehicle pools, plant hire depots – wherever assets of any type need to be tracked, controlled and accounted for.
