About us Sing Lloyd (SILO) is an independent foundation was established in 2005 by a group of dedicated professionals and experienced maritime and offshore specialists to deliver independent high-quality marine and engineering consultancy, surveying and certification services to the maritime and offshore industry. SILO is also an independent UKAS accredited ISO 9001:2008 Classification Organization, with the purpose of safeguarding life, property at sea and the prevention of pollution of the maritime environment as well as an training partners that provides innovative solution to all of your training needs. In SILO, we believe people are the backbone of our organization and our classification and consultancy services are performed by selected individual or teams from a pool of multi discipline, experience and/or systematically trained and well qualified surveyors, approval engineers and dedicated professionals through our extensive global network of offices and representatives to ensure that they are well qualified to undertake the specific assign task in today's evolving and dynamic offshore and maritime industry. Collectively we offer not only diverse scope and depth of technical skills and expertise but also an awareness of the local cultures, customs and sensitivities.
