Formed in 2003, the company has developed a large range of consultancy and contracting services. Offshore consulting services Offshore construction projects require careful planning, coordination and vessel and equipment selection. The SeaRoc team has extensive experience of the offshore project lifecycle, and is able to consistently deliver appropriate, innovative and robust solutions to clients. SeaRoc offers a range of marine services designed to develop efficient operations and maintenance programmes. Its highly qualified team has unrivalled experience of marine construction and navigation. This depth of talent enables the company to offer an array of specialist risk management and marine support services. The SeaRoc engineering department has extensive offshore project experience and offers a wide range of competencies in civil, mechanical and electrical engineering. These engineering services are complemented by an in-depth knowledge of offshore construction and operations, HSE requirements and industry best practice. The department can support a project from conceptual design through construction to the operations and maintenance phase. SeaRoc can also provide qualified and experienced QHSE professionals who have detailed knowledge of marine legislation and best practice guidelines. Additional consultancy services include the implementation and management of operations and maintenance tasks, document control, and the provision of geographic information system (GIS) and computer-aided design (CAD) services to ensure appropriate and efficient data management and distribution. EPCI contracting SeaRoc also provides full engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) and principal contractor services. These contracting services ensure that projects are delivered to a high quality, on time and to budget. Proven ZephIR 300 wind lidar technology is housed on a stable floating platform, a bottom-moored tension leg buoy, to provide a stable sensor platform for the collection of offshore wind data. Combining industry experience with associated research, SeaZephIR has been designed to satisfy a number of key market requirements: Low risk and resource-efficient Flexible with regards to deployment location Ability to redeploy multiple times Maximisation of service intervals Power generation services SeaRoc is experienced in the provision and operation of temporary offshore power generators. The use of qualified and experienced professionals ensures safe and efficient operations through communication and the implementation of safe working practices. Potential risks are identified and mitigations put in place with regards to the safety of personnel and the environment, and to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to budget. SeaRoc is currently contracted to this role on a major development in the Irish Sea, ensuring that the power requirements of the project are met through the construction and commissioning phases. Functionality includes: Real-time vessel positions Automated personnel tracking Customised permit to work notifications Training and certification management An HSE risk register Asset management PPE tracking Live metocean data SeaPlanner can actively manage on-site safety in the offshore construction sector, including the efficient management of multi-contractor projects. The system can efficiently control all spatial (personnel and vessel location, infrastructure, metocean data) and non-spatial data (certifications, documentation, training matrices, resource planning, HSE risk / incident logs) across a project team, stakeholders, staff and contractors, providing a clear audit trail of all information on site.
