MR.MUHAMMAD RAFEE BIN ABD RAHIM
Aged 34 years old. He posses Diploma in Supply Chain Management and has been in shipping Industries more than 16 years. In his early involvement he had gained his experience through serving Major International Shipping Company such as Hyundai Marine / Ben Line Shipping Agencies / Empoline Shipping & Outsourcing which he was solely in charge on the progress of the company and well introduced the company to the shipping market before he decided to operates his own Shipping Agency which he formed SEA LINE SHIPPING SDN BHD. His vast experience gained during his service in BEN LINE AGENCIES serving major carriers in the world such as Austral Asia Line / CMA –CGM & ANL / Dorval Tankers / Hamburg Sued / Oldendorf Tankers / Rickmers and many others had made him to be one of the most promising young dynamics individual in the Southern Malaysia Shipping Industries. A reputation of being a leading figure among our competitors and well known to local authorities gives us the advantage to build our young dynamics and professional aggressive team under his leadership. Bunker Supplies


At SEA LINES shipping our professionally trained team has a strong commitment to our customer requirements and we do supply all our clients with quality marine fuels. Our First-hand experience of ship operations and support by first class bunker barge our operation team is aware of the importance of supplying quality fuel on time, every time and without any delays guaranteed for our clients satisfactions.

Ship to Ship Transfer





A Ship-to-ship (STS) transfer operation is to transfer cargo between seagoing ships positioned alongside each other, either while stationary or underway. Mainly cargoes transferred via STS methods is for liquid form cargo such as crude oil, liquefied gas (LPG or LNG), bulk cargo, and petroleum products.
All our (STS) operations are carried out in accordance and guidelines set by the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIM) and the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) which is strictly complied to safety regulations


Vessel Husbandry

At Sea Line shipping our team main priorities on attending for all the vessel requirements on behalf of ship-owners and operators to ensure smooth operational and cost cutting measurement are taken seriously for each call at our port. Our on time pre-arrival and post-departure reports and arrangement are secured to grant a trouble-free port stay and operations.

At SEA LINE Shipping we also offer ship-owners for their vessel to be lay ups in due waiting for new contracts for deployments. We have two locations approved by our Johor Port Authority (JPA) especially for vessel lay ups at both Out Port Limits (OPL) which is known as EAST OPL which is within Johor Port Berhad water limits in Pasir Gudang and WEST OPL which is within Tanjung Pelepas water limits.

At SEA LINE shipping our agency works covers all types of cargo handling from bulk, liquid, containerized, ro-ro, multi- purpose, specialized tonnage and tankers. We also do perform on market intelligence for our customers needs mainly for their marketing support tools.

At SEA LINE Shipping we also offers on providing arrangement for your vessel Dry docking facilities. We have a unique one stop centre (MMHE) as one of the largest dry-dock and ship lift in the region which offer services like Marine Repair, Marine Conversion, Vessel Engineering and Construction.
