Scottech specializes in providing a complete turnkey package for water-treatment services suitable for all industries. We supply plants and equipment with experienced operators to ensure your project is completed on time and to the highest industry standards.

Currently there are ten water-treatment systems available for rental from our Perth facility.
Particle and oil-in-water treatment cartridges
Scottech provides an Australia-based supply source for all types of cartridges for both particle and oil-in-water treatment. All types of cartridge are in stock and available for immediate dispatch to your project site, ensuring continual productivity.
Cartridge filter unit
The duplex offshore proof, skid-mounted cartridge filter unit is equipped with all necessary valves and safety features. It offers the most cost-effective way to clean up all possible oilfield fluids. It allows you to simultaneously filter with one vessel and easily change the used cartridges of the other vessel.
Vertical-pressure leaf filter unit
The vertical-pressure leaf (VPL) or diatomaceous earth (DE) filter unit is completely self-contained and equipped with all necessary auxiliaries to perform an effective filter job. The large filtration area of the VPL / DE filter unit allows filtering fluids with a high dirt load, at a high flow rate, down to low NTU.
Three-phase centrifugal separator
The Voraxial is a three-phase centrifugal separator which finds its use in many industrial applications for separation of liquids with the simultaneous removal of solids. The separator creates high G-forces for effective separation of the different phases. Its simplicity, small size and low power consumption makes it one of the most economic separators in the market today.
Twin-filter absorption cartridges
Twin-filter OilBlock absorption cartridges are specifically designed and manufactured for the high efficiency removal of free, dispersed oils from water. They have been successfully applied in the oil and gas industry; bilge water treatment systems; contaminated surface water run-off systems; and other industrial process applications.
Twin-filter OilClog absorption cartridges are effective in various water-treatment applications, but have been specifically designed and manufactured for produced water treatment at oil and gas production facilities. They ensure high-efficiency removal of free and dissolved hydro carbons (TPH) and emulsified oils from water.
Absolute-pleated filter cartridges
The manufacturing of the twin-filter absolute (standard 65.5mm) cartridge has undergone a rigorous change. The fully thermal welded construction ensures safe usage in filtration with high-temperature fluids, acids, diesel, oily water and solvents. Our cartridge now has a firm outer-guard, making it much stronger.
Nominal-rated filter cartridges
Twin-filter nominal-rated filter cartridges are true depth filters. These cartridges are available in two types: wound and spun-bonded.
Our wound cartridges are manufactured with a choice of media, from the most common polypropylene to glass fibre for high-temperature applications. The spun bonded cartridges are thermally bonded micro-fibres and contain no wetting agents, solvents, antistatic agents or binders.
Filter bags
Filter bags provide simple and effective filtration. The filter media, in the form of woven mono and multi-filament or needle felt fibres, manufactured into standard shapes and sizes of bags, are fitted with a top seal arrangement for location and sealing into a suitable vessel.
