Established in 1826, Ressorts Masselin is a well-known spring manufacturer and from the very beginning the company's main focus has been design and manufacture of quality technical springs. Over the years, we have focused our strategy on providing a wide range of springs to customers needing small and medium batches of springs manufactured to specifications. Springs for valve actuators, control valves or safety valves Most applications we handle in the offshore industry include stringent requirements such as for valve actuator springs bars up to 94mm in diameter or subsea connectors requiring rust-proofing capabilities at low temperatures. Such applications often require that we use alloys (titanium, Inconnel, Berylium copper, etc.) instead of spring steel, which enhances our capabilities. Spring design and manufacturing for the offshore industry Our engineering capabilities allow us to help each customer design the spring they need for their application. For this we rely on our own specific software calculation package along with the experience of past applications to offer the best solution. Whether a small spring or a very big spring, we have manufacturing capabilities to provide you with any spring, ranging from 0.2mm wire size to 94mm bars (0.2mm to 20mm, we cold coil; 20mm to 94mm, we hot coil). We even have our own mechanical workshop which can machine just about any mechanical part to be assembled to the spring itself.
