Red Rooster pneumatic hoists, trolleys, cranes and winches have been designed to be used in hazardous areas and conform to the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC.
Red Rooster's spark resistant equipment is certified to ATEX Cat 2 (Cenelec Zone 1).
Manufacturing hoists and winches
Red Rooster's machining facility is equipped with the latest generation of CNC machines. They facilitate highly efficient manufacturing, resulting in the highest quality products. The company manufactures single items or multiple units in production runs.
Red Rooster will design and manufacture special units to meet the customer's requirements.
Electronics
Red Rooster's fully equipped electronics workshops allow them to design and manufacture digital electronic equipment. They also specialise in radio telemetry.
Lifting equipment testing
Every Red Rooster product is subjected to the most rigorous examination and test prior to release. Their in house facilities enable them to apply dynamic loads of up to 30t and static loads up to 50t. Calibration (traceable to UKAS) is carried out on systems up to 50t capacity in both tensile and compressive modes.

Red Rooster specialises in the repair of powered hoists, winches and load measuring equipment. Their detailed knowledge and experience of this type of equipment means they can offer their customers a fast turn around, efficient and totally reliable service. This is backed by guarantee:
