Identifying challenges and finding solutions We are currently in a growth and expansion phase, increasing our traditional product lines while expanding even more into the custom winch, installation / intervention workover control systems (IWOCS) and ROV launch and recovery system (LARS) markets. Our goal is to identify challenges, design innovative solutions and manufacture quality products that solve your deepwater problems. Our business is saving you time and money. Everyone encounters delays and they can be very costly to you and your clients. We can't control the weather but we may be able to help you reduce your weather downtime, or if you have re-occurring equipment problems, give us a call and let us help you find the right solution. What you call problems we call challenges and we would like to help you find solid economic solutions to those challenges. We have a large slate of diverse products in the marketplace and we are constantly designing new products to meet new challenges worldwide. Safety, injury prevention and employee wellbeing Radoil is safety conscious and the objective of the Radoil HSE policy is to produce a safe working environment through training, awareness, employee participation and attitude. No safety system is perfect. In order to prevent injury and loss of property, each employee is personally involved and committed to the safety and wellbeing of everyone around him, including co-workers, clients, contractors, subcontractors and the general public. While our safety manual is useful as a guide, nevertheless, the real safety program begins and ends with each of our employees. Environmental consideration and policy Radoil is also committed to conducting business in a manner that minimally impacts the environment. All levels of management give serious consideration to our materials handling procedures and the processes used in the manufacture of Radoil products. When any material or process is determined to pose an actual threat to the environment, a practical, cost-effective alternative is sought. The management and employees of Radoil work in full cooperation with the appropriate oversight agencies, regulators, clients and contractors to ensure that environmental issues are properly addressed. Implementation of this environmental policy is monitored and enforced as a part of Radoil's HSE policy through regularly scheduled inspections and safety audits.
