PCS began its operations in 1992 with a small staff of eight. Since that time, and over 500 projects later, it has grown into a dynamic firm of over 100 engineers, designers, project managers, construction specialists, CADD operators, and inspectors. PCS has positioned itself as a major contender in the areas of engineering, construction management and inspection for on and off shore pipelines, platforms, and subsea assemblies. With a creative management team making the most of the industry's newest technologies, PCS early on established itself as a dynamic leader with a formula for success. Significant projects have been accomplished with such companies as Southern Natural Gas, Freeport-McMoRan Oil & Gas, Texaco, Tennessee Gas Pipeline, Shell, Chevron, Leviathan, Exxon/Mobil, Marathon and Bridgeline Gas Company. Some of these projects have involved deep water pipeline installations which surpassed Gulf of Mexico depth to diameter records and complex platform installations.
