NFM Technologies specialises in the oil and gas industry, and is able to design and manufacture dedicated and tailor-made offshore lifting and laying equipment.
Offshore lifting and laying equipment design and manufacture
Our offshore department has the advantage of NFM Technologies' 22 years of experience in producing hydraulic power for tunnel boring machines, and is able to develop suitable processes and solutions.
Our teams are capable of developing solutions as well as implementing innovative technologies. Our manufacturing plant enables us to conduct zero load and load tests for all the equipment we supply.
Tailor-made offshore lifting and laying equipment for FPSO vessels
NFM Technologies is able to provide tailor-made technical solutions, adapted to the requirement of each offshore project. NFM Technologies can provide you with FPSO vessel equipment, as well as a range of offshore lifting and laying equipment, including:

Riser tensioners
Risers' and umbilicals' pulling systems
Pipe-in-pipe flowlines' assembling systems

We take part in specific submarine operations. For instance, NFM was responsible for realising the jointing operation for the Monaco dyke.

Our Le Creusot manufacturing, assembly and testing plant extends over 43,200m², of which 21,400m² is covered with the following:

23m height under hook
Line-up clamps up to 250t
Thermal processing furnace up to 400t
Tube-bending machine for thick materials
Full capability to perform hydraulic tests

ISO 9001-accredited offshore lifting and laying equipment
NFM Technologies is ISO 9001:2000-certified and all manufacturing processes are covered by fully documented quality plans and records. The offshore equipment used is strictly in accordance with offshore regulations, especially lifting equipment confirming to ALM classification in line with BV NR 526 regulatory standards.
NFM is also used to satisfy the requirements of major European offshore companies conforming to specific rules and standards, as well as paying full attention to environmental and safety issues.

NFM Technologies has been involved in major offshore projects, including Shadeniz (BP), Dalia (TOTAL) and Pazflor (TOTAL).
