NEPSYS patented dry underwater welding technology
NEPSYS is Neptune's patented dry underwater welding technology that dramatically improves conventional offshore, oil and gas and marine maintenance practises. NEPSYS® has been granted approval by all major international class societies (Lloyd's Register, ABS, Det Norske Veritas and Bureau Veritas) for its permanent, quality (AWS 3.6 Class A) in-situ weld that is of the same standard as welds achieved in dry environments.
Specialist subsea and pipeline engineering
Neptune provides specialised subsea and pipeline engineering services, solution-based engineering and management support solutions that meet all safety, environmental and industry standards.
The group's front end engineering capabilities across the complete subsea sphere provide customised solutions from FEED through to installation and ongoing long-term IRM. The multi-disciplinary team of engineers at Neptune possesses a comprehensive cross section of expertise and have a vast range of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.
Commercial diving services
Neptune Diving Services provides a complete range of commercial diving and IRM (inspection, repair and maintenance) services to clients in major onshore and offshore industries, including the oil and gas, shipping, defence and marine infrastructure sectors. Combining state-of-art equipment, precise allocation of resources and extensive industry experience, Neptune Diving Services has the capability to complete projects of any scale throughout Australasia and the USA.
With more than 50 years' experience in the diving industry, Neptune Diving Services has achieved an excellent performance record for delivering commercial diving, ROV and project management services in a time and cost effective manner.
Engineering and fabrication services
Customised engineering and fabrication solutions across the areas of construction design, general engineering and welding services are available to clients in the oil and gas, general construction and renewable energy industries.
Neptune's team of highly qualified personnel at Perth-based Link Weld Engineering and Aberdeen based Neptune Deeptech have substantial experience in these sectors and an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality results to national and international standards (ASME IX, AWS D1.1, AS1210, AS 2885, DNV).
Hydrographic surveying
Neptune Geomatics adds a diverse array of offshore marine hydrographic survey and geotechnical services to the group's extensive list of capabilities. As a result, Neptune can provide a comprehensive range of geophysical, geotechnical, positioning and construction survey support services to the offshore oil and gas industry, along with a number of dedicated services for harbour and telecommunication authorities. Employing state-of-the-art technology and equipment, Neptune's hydrographic surveying services are accurate, efficient and rapidly delivered.
Pipeline stabilisation and grouting
Neptune possesses industry-leading expertise in the engineering design, manufacture, supply and installation of pipeline stabilisation, and protection products and services for the offshore oil and gas industry.
With operational bases in Perth, Singapore and Indonesia, and representation in the UAE and South Korea, Neptune’s subsea stabilisation division also provides a range of offshore grouting services. The division's innovative solutions and software have achieved international accreditation from third parties, including DNV and Bureau Veritas.
ROV and vessel supply
Neptune specialises in the provision of quality remotely operated vehicle (ROV) services and tooling solutions for both shallow and deepwater applications. With a growing fleet of the latest technology work class and observation class ROV systems, Neptune offers a unique and economic solution with uncompromised performance and dependability.
Neptune also owns and operates the specialist construction support vessels MV Neptune ROV Supporter (55m support vessel with fully classed DP1 capabilities) and MV Neptune Trident (70.05m specialist anchor handling, tug and platform supply vessel, featuring 5506 BHP, DP2 and FiFi class capabilities).
Asset integrity services
Neptune works closely with clients to overcome difficult and demanding access situations via the provision of industrial rope access and lightweight staging for inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM).
With applications on and offshore, industrial rope access techniques provide numerous advantages, including safe operations, cost and time savings, flexibility, unobtrusiveness and minimal or no disruption. Complementing this are modular work platform systems that provide rapid, unrestricted access to a variety of on and offshore structures.
