Inox Tech

Profile

Inox Tech, based in Italy, provides corrosion-resistant alloy welded pipes to the offshore industry. The company has established itself as a leader in international markets through two primary strategies: total quality and flexibility.
Inox Tech continues to expand its manufacturing facilities and product ranges to meet the current and future demands of the capital equipment industries. Being part of the Ronda Industrial Group has contributed to Inox Tech’s rapid development and success. We have benefited from the financial strength, technical expertise and manufacturing process expertise of the other companies within the Ronda Group.
Welded corrosion-resistant pipes
Inox Tech manufactures longitudinally welded corrosion-resistant pipes in a wide range of sizes and materials. We offer pipes in sizes from 80mm to 2,000mm, with a wall thickness of 4mm to 60mm. The length of the pipes is normally 12m, but may go down to 6m depending on pipe size.
We focus on producing high-quality products, providing a flexible service, meeting urgent requirements and offering competitive prices - no matter how large or small the size of the order.
Stainless-steel, nickel alloy and metallurgically clad pipes
Inox Tech offers corrosion-resistant pipes in a wide variety of materials, including standard stainless steels (300 series), duplex and super-duplex stainless steels, and nickel alloys, as well as metallurgically clad pipes.
Flexible corrosion-resistant welded pipe manufacture
In response to varying customer requirements in terms of quantity, pipe size and required lead-time, Inox Tech has specified flexible manufacturing facilities so that the right equipment for the right job is always available. We have invested in the most advanced production equipment in order to gain a significant competitive advantage. We provide flexibility in the production process, without compromising a high quality level and good customer service.
Inox Tech’s manufacturing facilities are designed so that various welding processes (automatic plasma, GTAW, MIG and SAW) can be used to suit the type and thickness of the material to be welded and to meet customer’s specifications.
An enterprise-wide computer system controls every single stage of the production process through precision cutting, folding, welding, calibrating and finishing. This control guarantees the uniformity and accuracy of the production processes required for high quality products and ensures that the pipes meet international and/or the customer’s specifications.
Quality-assured welded corrosion-resistant pipes
Inox Tech’s quality management systems have been developed based on the principles of the ISO 9000 quality assurance system. The systems were accredited soon after full production was achieved in 1995. Today, the quality management systems are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 by Det Norske Veritas.
Inox Tech’s ISO 9001:2000 certification is an important recognition of the company’s commitment and dedication to quality with regard to products and customer service. At the same time, it is also an assurance for every Inox Tech customer. All products supplied by Inox Tech are accompanied by a mill material certificate issued in accordance with the European standard EN 10204.
Welded pipe tests and inspections
All the tests and inspections required by international or customers' specifications can be carried out by Inox Tech, in accordance with the main international standards and codes, including ASME, ASTM, DIN and AFNOR.
Inox Tech’s testing capabilities include hydrostatic, dye penetrant, X-ray, ultrasonic and eddy current non-destructive examinations; mechanical and corrosion tests; metallographic investigations; and chemical analysis.
