Tailor-made hydraulic cylinders We have specialised in making tailor made - individually designed hydraulic cylinders for our customers and we participate from idea to reality. Our main customers are to be found within the marine and offshore business, the mobile and industrial sector and in the wind power and renewable business. Hydraulic cylinders are key elements in a vast number of working process involving moving and transferring power. The quality of these cylinders is crucial in ensuring the satisfactory operation of a wide selection of equipment. At HYDRA tech we have combined our extensive experience of designing and producing hydraulic cylinders with a high degree of flexibility in order to meet all our customers' requirements. HYDRA tech is certified according to: DS/EN ISO 9001: 2008 DS/EN ISO 14001: 2004 Marine and offshore installations of hydraulic cylinders The maritime environment is a demanding test of reliability where hydraulic cylinders often work under extreme loadings and in unpredictable and harsh environmental conditions. Cylinders for use in conjunction with marine and offshore installations are distinctive as they are often specially designed for one-off assignments. HYDRA tech has many years of experience in designing, producing and delivering hydraulic cylinders for this sector. We work closely together with all classification companies worldwide and are able to meet the stringent quality and documentation requirements such as: Traceability of all design and components Full documentation for manufacture, installation and operation Fully certified welding procedures Ongoing monitoring of all manufacturing processes Full documentation of administrative procedures as well as all testing and approvals Additionally we have entered into a manufacturer surveyor agreement with DNV (Det Norske Veritas) - MSA (Manufacturing Survey Arrangement) agreement, and are certified to make the certifications of most cylinders ourselves.
