Tanks and IBCs for processing, storage and transportation
Hoover offers durable and high-quality products, one of which - the Liquitote® - has been a staple in the liquid-handling industry for years. We are committed to providing the highest quality products and services for the processing, transportation, and storage of industrial products. We offer a wide variety of IBCs and IBC frames for multiple applications. Our offering includes innovative new products and special-application or custom manufacturing.
Rental IBCs
The Hoover rental program offers the benefits of IBCs without a major capital outlay. We have over 15 years of experience in renting IBCs to customers and Hoover is one of the leading rental programs in the industry.
Hoover offers a large rental fleet, and IBCs are available on a daily basis. Our rental terms feature a 30-day minimum on all rented equipment. A full-time rental department is dedicated to assisting customers in their rental needs. Hoover’s standard rental IBC fleet includes the following:

350gal and 550gal Liquitote
793 Liquitote with a five-year contract
Rig Rack™

Some Hoover products can be rented, but are not a part of the standard rental fleet. Contact us about renting the Wine Tote™, heating coils or containment basins. We do not rent any polyethylene IBCs.
Stainless-steel IBCs
Stainless-steel IBCs are the most popular form of steel containers used for storing or transporting liquid materials. These tanks are the most compatible with a wide variety of products and materials. Our range of stainless-steel IBCs includes the following:

Liquitote
793 Liquitote
Cargo valve Liquitote
LiquiSystem
Liquitote-jacketed IBC
Grease bins
Hoover follower-plate IBC
Wine tote

Carbon-steel IBCs
Carbon-steel IBCs are lighter than stainless-steel IBCs and are less expensive. They are extremely impact-resistant and durable, but are not as compatible with as many materials as stainless steel. While they are corrosion resistant, carbon IBCs are more susceptible to rust than stainless-steel IBCs. Our range of carbon-steel IBCs includes the following:

Liquitote
Liquitote-jacketed IBCs
LiquiSystem
Grease bins
Hoover follower-plate IBC
Tuff Tank II®

Stacked liquid-handling systems
Stacked systems are an efficient solution to liquid handling and work by stacking a feeder container (which is removable and refillable) on top of a base container. This stacked system allows liquids to be piped directly to the area of use from the base tank. We offer the following stacked systems:

Composite-to-Liquitote
Composite-to-APR®
Tuff Tank II-to-Tuff Tank II
Liquisystem

Reconditioned IBCs
Hoover offers a selection of reconditioned, carbon-steel and stainless-steel IBCs. This allows you to receive the benefits of Hoover IBCs at reduced prices. We offer a range of carbon-steel and stainless-steel containers.
IBC transportation frames
Hoover’s IBC transport frames provide additional protection and safety to both steel and composite IBCs and their contents while they are being transported.  Hoover offers sturdy and durable frames for both onshore and offshore applications.

Galvanized-steel IBCs
Galvanized-steel IBCs offer the intense strength of carbon-steel IBCs with the added benefit of a protective, corrosion-resistant coating. The Tuff Tank II galvanised-steel IBC ships hazardous and corrosive liquids with complete confidence and environmental safety.
Polyethylene IBCs
Our polyethylene IBCs are made of high-density polyethylene and are tough and extremely corrosion-resistant containers. We offer Poly 45 and APR polyethylene IBCs, which are easily useable, allow easy filling and dispensing, and are environmentally friendly as they reduce clean-up and disposal concerns.
High-quality materials-handling IBCs
At Hoover, we build containers that meet the regulations and also feature additional upgrades which increase the quality of the tank. Continuous improvement is our goal, and we are constantly looking for ways to make better containers for our customers.  Therefore, we make sure that our manufacturing facility and equipment are the latest in industry technology, and we ensure that our welders, engineers, and sales force all have multiple years of experience within their specific fields.
