MCA Proficiency in Security Awareness certificate training Global TCC offers training that meets industry specifications and is approved by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) to deliver its own customised security awareness course. Onshore and offshore accredited training At Global TCC, we pride ourselves on delivery of accredited training to OPITO, SQA, the Institution of Occupational Health and Safety, or PASMA. Global TCC's behavioural, safety, leadership, dropped objects prevention scheme (DROPs), security and incident investigation training are developed in partnership with its clients. Assistance with competence systems and the development and maintenance of quality management systems to the BS EN ISO 9001-2008 Standard completes Global TCC's range of services. Workplace competence assessor training Global TCC's team of specialised, time-served offshore trainers support in-house competence systems. Available courses include the OPITO-approved workplace competence assessor award and the SQA L&D9DI workplace assessor award. Internal verifier training to SQA L&D11 provides quality assessment assurers with the required tools to ensure effective competence systems within the company. Industrial safety coaching and mentoring Currently operating in UKCS, Qatar, Norway, Brazil and Africa, Global TCC is a leader in delivering incident-free commitment to offshore crews and clients. It provides coaching and mentoring to staff in safety-related roles and deploys a large team of safety training coaches (STC) worldwide. Quality management systems, auditing and maintenance As lead auditors, Global TCC provides third-party auditing, high-quality, detailed audit reporting and action planning to ensure progress. Providing comprehensive service, the company supports the client throughout the tender procedure. With imminent introduction of ISO 9001-2015, Global TCC is already working with clients to ensure compliance, many typically retain its services after accreditation for auditing, consultancy and maintenance applications.
