We are an independent oil and gas company focused on exploration, development and production opportunities in the Republic of Poland. We were the first western company to drill for oil and gas in Poland and today we are the largest foreign oil and gas exploration acreage holder in Poland with exploration rights covering approximately 16.1 million gross acres. We have formed two important strategic alliances in Poland, one with the Polish Oil and Gas Company, or POGC, and the other with Apache Corporation. These alliances allow us to utilize the operating and technical personnel of these larger companies, gain access to geological and geophysical data and obtain other necessary support activities in Poland.
