CS Accommodation delivers turnkey accommodation solutions for the offshore sector. We conduct survey reports, prepare 3D layouts, strip existing premises, build up from scratch and deliver walls, floors, ceilings, furniture and furnishings. Our quality, prices and delivery speeds reflect the fact that we are a flexible organisation. Our employees are involved in each project from the first rough sketches all the way through to delivery. We cover a wide variety of disciplines, simply and effectively. Offshore accommodation services We upgrade accommodation units and thereby improve living and working conditions for employees in the marine and offshore industry. We also develop projects and solutions onshore and offshore in several countries, including Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, the UK, Qatar, the US and Nigeria. Our employees are specialists in their field of accommodation work, to ensure we always send the crew with the right experience for each job. Offshore flooring products All of our flooring is IMO-approved, including: Vinyl: an easy-to-maintain product available in many beautiful colours and designs; for use on bathroom walls and floors in cabins, corridors and mess rooms Tiles: for use in wet and harsh environments such as showers, galley areas and laundry rooms Carpets: for areas designed for comfort, to create a homely environment; carpets are also laid for effective acoustic control, for example in TV and recreational rooms Epoxy floors: for repair tasks and temporary seals, for example in bathrooms and laundry rooms We offer a complete flooring service, including the disassembly and fitting of furniture, fittings and installations. Our floors are built to withstand the harsh conditions offshore. Modular ceiling systems Our modular ceiling systems include: Wall track system Mounting system for hanging Ceiling panels with different surfaces Systems prepared for installing lights and pipe ducts Our other ceilings include: Stainless steel for galleys, freezer rooms and storage areas Painted steel for use in living areas Perforated solutions for sound reduction CS Accommodation's ceilings are also IMO-approved and adapted to the conditions of each room. We take into account lighting, ventilation and alarm installations. Modular walls for offshore accomodation Our walls are insulated and made in modules, including: System walls: built-in panels with hard insulation surfaces made from coated steel for doors, windows and penetrations. Suitable for all types of wall constructions Steel-stud walls: built on-site with insulation surfaces made from fibrous gypsum. Suitable for smaller wall constructions and surfaces with wallpaper, glass fabric, wall tiles and vinyl Renovating walls: all types of walls with durable solutions, for example strong backing for vinyl in bathrooms or staggered walls in offices Wall surfaces: guidance resolutions and execution of the work regarding walls requiring a fresh coat of paint, for example rimming of existing walls, wallpaper, fibreglass, wall tiles, vinyl and painting CS Accommodation advises on proper construction, whether it involves renovating existing walls or building new ones. Our wall constructions always meet the technical and maintenance requirements for the offshore industry. Offshore furniture products At our factory, CS Furniture, we produce standard and customised furniture, including: For offices and recreation rooms: desktops, shelves, cabinets, chairs, couches and drawers For cabins: beds, bunk beds, wardrobe cabinets, bookshelves, desktops, drawers and chairs For messes: canteen tables and chairs, cabinets and stainless-steel buffet counters For galley and storage areas: galley equipment in stainless steel and shelving For toilets and bathrooms: toilets, washbasins, shower units and steel cabinets We tailor furniture to individual rooms according to customer wishes, and ensure high levels of user comfort for personnel living on the rig, as well as for those carrying out cleaning and maintenance tasks. In order to provide the best basis for decision-making, a 3D design presentation is prepared before the start of production. All furniture is produced according to instructions from Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and made from IMO-approved materials.
