Industrial design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning With more than 35 years of experience, CCTC is specialised in design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of industrial offshore and onshore projects, which include: Offshore living quarters covering structural, architectural, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety works, galley and laundry equipment and furniture Offshore modules, LER and control rooms covering structural, architectural, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety works, and workshop equipment Onshore industrial projects including infrastructure and building services, covering electro-mechanical, instrumentation, telecommunication and related civil works Offshore platforms, drilling rigs, barges and FPSOs Projects executed by CCTC for offshore involve offshore platforms, drilling rigs, barges and FPSOs. These projects include new installations as well as upgrade of existing installations. The requirement of offshore modules upgrade is usually the result of a safety requirement to meet international standards, a requirement to expand an existing facility, or to improve the quality of the existing installations. Quality management systems CCTC has the experience to address these requirements and provide the end user with an installation that meets the requirements of SOLAS, ABS and other international bodies, and with high-quality products and workmanship and subsequently high-quality installation. As a multi-disciplinary company, CCTC carries out the design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities in house. This capability provides CCTC with the advantage of carrying out the co-ordination between the different disciplines and services in a precise and efficient manner. The quality mangement system, which is in accordance with ISO 9001, allows the exchange of information and co-ordination between the services including reviews, checks and in-house approvals, which ensures that before any drawing or document is issued to the client it is coordinated between the different disciplines/services.
