Container Refrigeration (CR) specialises in the hire, sale and custom-built modification (to suit any requirements) of offshore certified containers. We supply both refrigerated and dry steel offshore containers that comply in full with EN12079 and DNV CN2.7-1 current offshore requirements.
Our head office is in Fremantle, Australia, and we also have a service and maintenance division in Karratha. We are fully equipped to supply offshore containers and equipment to major supply companies, servicing the North West and Northern Territories. We are committed to providing superior customer service to every customer, both current and future.
With more than 21 years' experience in the industry, we can ensure that you are using the right equipment, and that it is maintained and repaired to the highest quality.
We also have fully trained and qualified refrigeration technicians that are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Offshore general-purpose containers
CR is fully equipped to supply a large range of general-purpose dry equipment. We guarantee total safety and reliability. All our equipment is engineered to comply with EN12079:2006 and DNV CN2.7-1 current offshore requirements.
Containers are fitted with engineered frame / protection bars to reduce impact / damage, and are certified with lifting gear. They are specially designed for use on offshore platforms, vessels and oil rigs.
All stock, both new and second-hand A grade, is available for sale and hire. Any offshore equipment not listed below, for example half-height, open-top and workshop containers, can be ordered on request.

Offshore refrigerated containers
CR offers a large range of offshore refrigerated containers and equipment, which is fully certified to comply with ENV12079 and DNV 2.7-1 current offshore regulations, and specially designed for use on offshore platforms, vessels and oil rigs. Containers are fitted into an engineered frame with protection bars and certified with lifting gear.

Custom-built modifications and specialist containers
CR separates itself from other shipping container companies by our superior ability and willingness to custom modify all container types to any specifications you require, no matter how involved or complex. Preparation time required depends on the quantity and type of modification.
Some common modifications include: size cut down, archive stores, mobile workshops / offices, high-humidity applications and chemical / dangerous goods stores.
Some common container additions include: shelving, lighting, personal doors, workbenches, checker plate or flat galvanised steel floors, power points, windows and air-conditioning.
A60 offshore accommodation modules
CR supplies A60 offshore accommodation modules. Modules are an efficient and economical solution to providing additional accommodation and work areas on-board all types of floating installations.
A60 offshore accommodation modules are DNV 2.7-1 (Det Norske Veritas) certified, and come in a range of sizes, capacities and standard layouts for most applications. Custom modifications are available upon client request; for example, single-man rooms.
