Advanced Reverse Osmosis (RO) Fresh Water Generators
Compass Water Solutions designs and manufacturers AQUA-SEP® Reverse Osmosis (RO) Fresh Water Generators based on unique client specifications and operating conditions. CWS specializes in advanced fresh water generators, including potable and/or technical water (two-pass) systems, constant production and hazardous area requirements. CWS understands the complex issues which affect water production, such as pH levels, feed water temperature, salinity levels (TDS) and can supply units to satisfy your requirements.
Four AQUA-SEP® models are available to meet your specific needs in skidded and modular designs:

AQUA-SEP Series 4: customized potable and technical water (two-pass) systems meeting complex design specifications. Available in sizes exceeding 1,000m³/d
AQUA-SEP Series 3: heavy duty, medium to high capacity units based on proven CWS designs. Available from 30m³/day to 60m³/day
AQUA-SEP Series 2: versatile, dependable, general duty units. Available from 5m³/day to 20m³/day

AQUA-SEP Brackish Water: fresh water generators based on brackish feed water

CWS can also provide remote controls and all necessary auxiliary equipment, including pre and post treatment, chemical dosing, UV sterilizers, pressure vessels and more.
Oily water separators
Drawing on a quarter of a century of equipment design and development experience, CWS continues its leadership in environmental and operational excellence in machinery space oily water separators and slop water treatment systems.
ULTRA-SEP™ Oily Water Separators are certified to MEPC.107(49) with capacity up to 10m³ /hr. ULTRA-SEP integrates the pioneering HELI-SEP® coalescer with the proprietarySPIR-O-LATOR® membrane, providing a Positive Physical Barrier™ to oil and other contaminants, preventing them from passing through to the monitor or overboard. Discharge with less than 5ppm of oil is guaranteed.
HELI-SEP® Oily Water Separators with capacity up to 10m3/hr; high efficiency removal of free oil and solids handling in a compact footprint, semi-automatic operation and low maintenance. Discharge of less than 15ppm free oil.
CRP-SEP® high volume coalescing separators with capacity up to 100m3/hr. A high-volume single-stage horizontal oily water separator designed to efficiently remove non-soluble oils, solids and entrained air. Discharge of less than 15 ppm free oil.
