CIG Piping Technology is an industrial manufacturer of high-quality piping products for the offshore oil and gas industry. CIG produces a wide range of products for piping systems at its German factory for delivery to its European customers. Piping system components CIG offers the fabrication of pipe spools, manifolds and medium-sized pressure vessels for systems onboard platforms, offshore vessels and land-based installations in the oil and gas industry. Its products are always tested, approved and ready for installation. CIG components can be used in a wide range of piping systems, including: Fire fighting systems Deluge systems Inert gas systems Fresh and seawater cooling systems Steam and gas systems Pump caissons and riser pipes for offshore platforms Supply and discharge systems for land-based well stimulation and drilling systems Gas recovery units Offshore pipe spools, manifolds and pressure vessels CIG's main line of pipe spools and manifolds are produced ready for on-site installation. State-of-the-art cutting, bevelling, forming and welding machinery is available at CIG's Bremen works in Germany. We continuously upgrade and invest in tooling and machinery and offer a wide range of materials, including all surface treatments, tests and approvals. CIG produces pressure vessels and collectors for any medium, pressure or application. Sizes range up to 40in diameter and approximately six metres in length. Besides production we offer design and strength calculations also. Approval by major classification societies and authorities is possible. Construction materials for pipe products CIG can process the following materials: Carbon and alloy steels Stainless steel, duplex and super duplex Aluminium Copper and copper nickel 90/10 Glass-reinforced plastic and epoxy (GRP / GRE) Skid-mounted modules for offshore and oil and gas applications CIG also produces skid-mounted modules for use onshore and onboard ships. Modules are workshop tested and prepared for immediate use. Design, steel construction, assembly, outfitting with electric components and wiring are done in our Bremen works. Deliveries cover water treatment systems. Approvals and quality CIG is approved by the following classification societies and authorities: Piping products and pressure vessels accreditation PED / AD2000; procedures are also approved by Germanischer Lloyd Production accreditation to ASME B31.3, welding section IX is in the approval stage and will be completed in autumn A quality management system accreditation is established to ISO 9001:2008 standards Norsok rules are introduced and followed in production processes as required Additionally, CIG specifies all procedures and materials and production processes are traceable. Dedicated quality control personnel secure stable levels of quality and third party inspections by qualified and approved companies are easily accessible. CIG's in-house NDT facilities and welding experts stand for proven quality.
