Barrett Strip & Alloys (BS&A) is one of the world's leading suppliers of high-performance sheet and plate materials, including nickel: alloy 200 and 201, Hastelloy®: alloy C22, C276 and B2, Incoloy®: alloy 800, 800H, 800HT and 825, Monel®: alloy 400, Inconel®: alloy 600, 625 and X750, and titanium grade 2 and 7.

BS&A supplies a range of rare grade stainless-steel and duplex sheet and plate materials: 304H, 310, 309, 317L, 347, 409, 410, 904L, 926, 17-7PH, 254SMo, alloy 20, Duplex UNS31803/2205, Super Duplex UNS32750/2507, and Super Duplex Zeron 100 UNS 32760. We also carry more standard stainless grades – 304L, 316L, 316Ti and 321. Sheet / plate thicknesses range from 0.05mm to 152mm.

BS&A's stockholding and processing operations are based in Bradford, UK, and Houston, US, with further expansion planned for the Far East later in 2011.
In-house processing facilities for nickel alloy sheet and plate materials
Our cutting facilities include guillotine, plasma, laser, water jet and coil slitting. We are able to process sheet / plate in thickness from 0.5mm to 150mm and our sheet / plate size range includes 6,000mm x 2,000mm, 4,000mm x 2,000mm, 3,000mm x 1,500mm, 2,500mm x 1,250mm and 2,000 mm x 1,000mm.
Our coil slitting facilities enable us to slit nickel alloys and stainless coil, in a thickness range of 0.03mm to 5.0mm, and in widths ranging from 2.0mm to 1,000mm.

BS&A is a major specialist material supplier to clients involved in both offshore and onshore manufacturing, including:

High-integrity specialist fabricators and manufacturers of platforms, process and refinery equipment, pressure vessels, reactors, columns, scrubbers, production plant, filtration, and heat exchangers
Offshore pipeline protection / high-grade metallic banding: we carry in stock 32mm x 0.8mm Inconel® 625 and titanium grade 2 strap banding, along with size and grade-specific fixing clips

BS&A is probably the world's largest supplier of slit strip and sheet in nickel, Hastelloy, Incoloy, Monel, Inconel, titanium and stainless steel to the metallic gasket manufacturing industry. All of BS&A's sheet stock fully conforms to ASME B16.20. We ensure that our 3mm sheet for inner ring production has a 2.97mm thickness minimum.
