Australasian Fittings & Flanges (AFF Group) form part of the Galperti and SFF Group of Companies and supply pipes (welded and seamless), fittings (forged & butt-weld), flanges (all type & material), compact and subsea flanges, mechanical joints / clamp connectors-hubs (G-LOK), double block and bleed valves (G-BLOK), gate, globe and check valves, ball valves and special subsea products, compact, T-let, slewing rings and bearings along with super duplex stud bolts. Australasian Fittings & Flanges is an Australian stockholder and distributor of piping materials, flanges and valves across all material grades, specializing in the Galperti Engineering range. Forming part of the world's leading flange and forging manufacturers and distributors, we supply to key international offshore and onshore oil & gas companies and contractors throughout South-East Asia. Valves, flanges and piping solutions for offshore applications We distribute a wide range of specialised products for onshore and offshore companies, including: Flanges AFF supply flanges from 1/2in to 58in, and pressure classes ranging from 150lb to 2,500lb, PN10 to PN420 or 3,000psi-20,000psi. Among the various type of flanges and materials we offer: Weld necks Long welding neck Slip-ons Blinds Threaded Socket weld Lap joint Orifice Swivel Anchor flanges with various face finish options Flanges up to 7.5m can be manufactured to customer specifications and can also supply bespoke compact flanges, depending on the individual requirements of the customer. Piping products Piping Fittings Valves Branch connections Valves Valves are available in dimensions ranging from 1/2in to 100in with pressure classes from 150lb to 2,500lb, PN10 to PN420 or 3,000psi-20,000psi. AFF offers valve solutions for a wide range of applications, such as onshore and offshore oil and gas projects, subsea operations, pipelines, cryogenic applications, chemical and petrochemical installations and tank terminals. We can supply valves to meet the many and various code and specification requirements, including the following types: Compact modular Double block and bleed Subsea Trunnion-mounted ball Crygenic Gate Globe Check Ball Control Manual and actuated (electric, pneumatic and hydraulic) Specialist materials We also specialise in various Galperti products, such as G-Tech® slewing bearings, G-Lok® clamp connectors, GC-Compact® flanges and G-Blok® valves. Seamless and welded piping AFF delivers a wide range of pipes, both seamless and welded, and in diameters ranging from 1/2in to 24in. Our scope of our supply extends to sizes of up to 100in. We supply the following types of pipe: Seamless; available in carbon and stainless steel with hot and cold finish Heavy wall seamless; suitable for high-pressure hydrocarbon systems Welded in both plate and strip We also deliver a wide range of piping accessories, including: Buckle arrestors BX, RX, IX flat graphite, spiral wound gaskets Branch outlets; weldolets, threadolets, sockolets, nipoflanges, weldoflanges, nipolets, sweepolets and larolets Bolts and nuts; available diameters range from M6 (5/16in) to M180 (7in) in a wide range of specialist materials Buttweld fittings We stock and supply seamless and welded buttweld fittings with dimensions ranging from 1/2in to 20in. Our scope of supply includes sizes up to 100in, according to customer specifications. Forged steel fittings are available in threaded and socket weld versions: 1/4in to 4in and pressure classes of 3,000lb, 6,000lb and 9,000lb and in carbon or stainless steel. Depending on the quality, material and dimensions, buttweld fittings can be manufactured by cold forming between 1/2in to 16in, and hot formed from 1/2in upwards. Welding and cladding services With Galperti Welding and the use of robotised equipment, AFF can apply cladding on various products (up to 3,000kg) on any surface and/or slope, in grades such as: F309 F316 Inconel 625 Incoloy 825 Hastelloy C276 A wide range of approved welding procedures and qualifications allows us to generate project specific procedures to suit your requirements.
