ISO 9001:2008-certified for quality assurance by SAI Global and a defence-recognised supplier, our broad portfolio of products of solutions for the offshore industry encompasses a comprehensive array of solutions including portable and fixed gas detectors, leak detectors, PIDs, air quality sampling pumps and samplers and noise dosimeters. Portable gas detection for VOCs, TACs and benzene Ion Science's range of portable gas detection instruments for the detection of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), total aromatic compounds (TACs) and benzene provide unrivalled detection. The revolutionary PhoCheck Tiger handheld VOC gas detector provides instant readings at start-up, and provides a detection range of 1 part per billion to 20,000 parts per million. The Tiger Select provides rapid benzene and TAC detection from start-up with benzene concentrations displayed down to ppb levels, giving you the most accurate, reliable data. The Cub personal PID gas monitor provides fast, accurate detection of VOCs and TACs. Comfortable and unobtrusive to wear, the Cub has a dynamic range of 1 part per billion to 5,000 parts per million, the widest on the market measuring 480 selectable compounds. iNet-compatible multi-gas monitors and docking stations The highly-configurable Ventis is specifically designed to meet unique gas detection needs while maintaining worker safety in confined space or personal monitoring. The Ventis is IECEx and ANZEx-certified. Featuring a full-colour LCD screen, the MX6 has the ability to monitor up to six gases continuously and simultaneously. Featuring 25 interchangeable / field replaceable sensors including PID, infrared (IR, catalytic bead and electrochemical sensor options), data-logging and extended battery options, the MX6 is IECEx and ANZEx-certified. DS2 Docking Station™ and iNet DS docking stations provide the ultimate flexibility for managing your gas monitors. The DS2 docking station features Ethernet connectivity enabling you to link up to 700 stand-alone, and the iNet DS requires no software or computer hardware installation or maintenance at the customer site and connects directly to the internet via an Ethernet interface. Intrinsically safe noise monitoring The Edge 5 personal noise dosimeter series offers advanced technology packaged in an intrinsically safe, cable-free, compact frame. The Edge 5 can display SPL, Dose, Lavg or Leq, TWA, max, min, peak, exposure, run time and more. The Edge 5 is also intrinsically safe, and is IECEx, IP65 and RoHS-certified. Air quality sampling for the oil and gas industry Used for the measurement of gases, vapour, VOCs, hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulphide, dust, aerosol and bioaerosol contaminants in industrial, commercial and residential atmospheres, Air-Met Scientific has been supplying air sampling pumps such as the intrinsically safe AirChek 3000, sorbent tubing, passive samplers, accessories and calibration equipment from SKC since 1984. Oldham OLCT-100 fixed gas detection solutions All Oldham products are application-driven and solution-oriented. With IECEx approval, the OLCT-100 is designed for the detection of explosive gases, toxic gases or oxygen. Additionally, the OLCT 100 offers an infrared sensor, which allows it to be used in more severe environmental conditions, where the presence of poisons could harm the use of a catalytic sensor. Instrument service, calibration, maintenance and repairs Our instruments are designed for long life and high performance, however all instruments will, over time, experience a decrease in operating effectiveness and efficiency. As a result, it is imperative to service your equipment regularly to ensure that you maximise the life of your fleet. Air-Met is NATA-accredited (for ISO/IEC 17025) and all instruments are serviced by qualified service technicians, and diagnosed and repaired to factory specifications or per customer specifications in a timely manner. Technical support and equipment training Understanding the importance of supporting our extensive range of instruments, our product specialists are ready to assist you with training, technical support, troubleshooting and professional advice. The offshore industry is constantly evolving and keeping up with latest information is crucial to the success of your operations. Detailed training provides first-hand knowledge of your investment's capabilities and enables you and your team to fully utilise your investment.
