AESSEAL Australia

Profile

AESSEAL Australia is one of the largest mechanical seal suppliers in Australia and one of the fastest growing international seal companies, winner of numerous global service awards and the number one manufacturer of cartridge seals in the world. Mechanical seals help prevent leakage of liquids and gas in industrial pumps and rotating equipment. In addition to long-established expertise in the oil and gas industry, we also supply our comprehensive range of API qualified products to all major industries, including oil and gas, pharmaceutical, chemical, bio-fuels, power generation, pulp and paper, mining and steel production, amongst others. Established in 1983, our focus on quality and customer service has seen us grow steadily. Today, we have 212 locations worldwide, supply customers in some 80 countries, and employ a global network of sales engineers and technical support specialists. AESSEAL seal auxiliary systems support all API piping plans. Providing the most sophisticated range of API bearing protection available in the industry, we provide a holistic product approach to increase reliability on your upstream, downstream and petrochemical applications. Seal repair and design centre AESSEAL provides services for economic repair of all types and brands of mechanical seals, and is able to design and manufacture special seals to customers' specifications. Other maintenance capabilities include repairs to centrifugal pumps, vacuum pumps and valves, and bearing protection for gearboxes, fans, plummer blocks, augers and bearing housings. Specialised and mechanical sealing components AESSEAL manufactures sealing components made to order for almost all API applications including urethanes and elastomers, as well as mechanical seals for pumps, agitators, compressors, turbines and rotating shafts of any type. The CAPI A, B & C hydraulically balanced range of bellows or pusher seals are certified to API 682 & ISO21049, while our high pressure and gas technologies incorporate the cutting edge of seal design. AESSEAL also supply contacting and non-contacting containment seals surpassing AP1 682 requirements, and high-pressure seals specifically designed for oil and gas applications such as pipeline, boiler circulating and produced water reinjection pumps. Dry gas seals from AESSEAL include CCS single-sealing technology, designed to compete with DGS technology; and HHCS dual-sealing technology to provide hydrostatic and hydrodynamic lift. Modular seal auxiliary systems for API piping plans ASSEAL's seal auxiliary systems incorporate a modular design in order to suit all API piping plans. A completely independent seal auxiliary system supplier, ASSEAL manufactures all systems at its Module D, B1 and H1:H1-certified global technology centre, all to comply with API 682; ASME VIIII Div.1, 2007, 2008a; PED 97/23/EC and GOST. Bearing protection ASSEAL uses Labtecta and Magtecta proven bearing protection technology to ensure maximum operating performance and enhance bearing life on pump, electrical motor, pillow block, steam turbine and gearbox equipment. Safety is a major concern on oil and gas applications, and with this in mind AESSEAL ensures that the bearing protection range conforms to the relevant standards, specifically: API610 Ed. 10 IEEE Std. 841-2001 British standard EN60034-5:2001, IP66 rating for LabTecta range Asset health management and training AESSEAL asset health management services include software for tracking rotating equipment history, and water management services for optimising seal life and reduce plant water consumption. All of our products are backed up with technical literature, fitting instructions and MSDS where applicable and in most instances the mechanical seals are repairable either on site with a repair kit or we can overhaul them at one of our workshops. We offer training modules for staff with regard to pumps, gland packings and mechanical seals. Water and energy-saving initiatives We have contributed to saving industry in excess of 13 billion litres of water with our water-saving initiatives, and are currently involved in energy initiatives according to the Kyoto protocol and the IPP. We are extensively involved in increasing plant up-time with the use of our mechanical seals, bearing protection and water management initiatives. Research and development Investing in pioneering technology, we're able to simplify the whole ordering process and respond quickly to customers' bespoke needs, whatever and wherever the application. Our aim is to consistently exceed expectations for delivery, quality, reliability and service. In doing so, we're challenging industry standards, challenging our competitors, challenging thinking - and challenging to become the world's undisputed market leader. The AESSEAL philosophy To give our customers such exceptional service that they need never consider alternative sources of supply.
